If you would like a letter or certificate in order to show that you have completed an online lesson, you may request one at info@cmritter.com.
Refunds
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but I also value the work put into these lessons, therefore, my policy is set to protect both students and myself.
You can request a refund for all lessons up to 48 hours after purchase, as long as no more than 10% of the course has been viewed.
*If more than 10% of the course has been viewed, no refunds will be made.
I recommend contacting me for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or accessing my products at info@cmritter.com.
Can I watch the course again if I've already completed it?
Yes, you can! Want to watch it 1,000 times? Go ahead! Skip forward, rewind; once you've purchased the course, you will retain access to all the sections and downloadable content.
Can I download/watch the lessons offline?
Unfortunately, I cannot offer downloadable/offline access at this time.
